Maybe this is why we had to give full ownership licensing rights to TPL and set up a JV LLC in order to protect us from this agreement made by the bonehead crew prior. It sure makes sense and it seems like we would be protected from it through TPL now owning 100% licensing rights. TPL licensed the patents, not Patriot so Fish wouldn`t be owed jack. Any thoughts? Just trying to look at the glass half full.
