jetpilto - I`m not an attorney but I would assume we only need one court case to prove the validity of the MMP... we are trying to negotiate licensing deals with everyone at the moment. If we were to litigate all of them it could take many years and many millions of dollars. Why do that when only one will prove our point? JMO of course.
