I think your assessment is right. Unfortunately it says more about them than me. I won`t clutter the board with responses to their nonsense but I will make what comments I deem appropriate to the discussion of PTSC.

A 6 employee company with its debt retired, a growing war chest, management committed to its shareholders (hence the dividend plays) and many more possible avenues for more revenues to the bottom line continues to make this an attractive investment, with all risks noted.
