We could be in the same situation....BUT...let`s see what the judge does.....remember...he can award up to 3 times the jury verdit for punitive damages. Should be announced next week. My concern isn`t ``when did we first file the lawsuit``, rather, if you followed the case, they tried to make the case as simplistic as possible for the jury to understand. I think TIVO is a concept that a jury would be more sympathetic to and understand as compared to microprocessor infringement. TIVO is like Xerox or Winebago (sp?). Even consumers who use non TIVO DVR`s still refer to them as TIVO. IMO, TIVO won the case before it even got started. Let`s just hope that our attorneys (if we even go to court), can really paint PTSC as the victim....which we are! Personally, I would like to take the chance....roll the dice....and go to court. I hope our attorneys watched this case and learned from it. In the mean time, I made some money on TIVO, and will soon parlay it into an even bigger piece of PTSC. GLTA
