It seems the market is betting that there won`t be anymore signings till the texas deal is settled one way or the other. The more I read Ptsc last pr. it says they going to (focus on the outcome of the texas trial.)I believe they got tired of giving the lic. away to cheap. I hope I`m wrong. I believe that was the whole purpose of the dividends to share holders. This comings qrtly numbers should be real good but will it be enough without more deals who knows.
