For the present it looks like buying and selling are about even. We are oversold on the charts but I haven`t gotten a reversal on the daily charts yet based on stochastics. The first signal should come from stochastics with the DMI giving confirmation. I believe we will get news and the technicals will turn favorable short term. I believe anticipation of news going into the SHM will keep us fairly strong for the next couple of weeks. We will have a hard time getting through resistence at $1.70. I think it will take major news to break to new highs.
