I received the first one via eTrade and I think the second is due around April 24 or so -- from memory and it is still rattled from the weekend....

Just my $0.02, but a penny stock paying two dividends is a very good sign of the confidence Pohl has in the future revs. I know things can change -- especially when dealing with legal matters -- but $0.06 from a penny stock is a great strategic move, IMO.
