S & L are part of the reason I would consider the value of a reverse split. Although some have stated that Swartz is ``on board`` (maybe that was said on RB, which kills its credibility) for seeing an increase in share price, I would much rather have more reputable firms than S & L holding large sums of PTSC shares. Priming S & L`s pockets to obtain buy-in for change is getting old. Maybe it`s a naive ``grass is always greener`` mentality, but there has to come a point where an ``out with the old, in with the new`` governing structure is achieved.

BTW, I didn`t say institutional shareholders will be more trustworthy, just more reputable.
