I have a question for the lawyers out there...How do you think the negotiations are handled?? What I am getting at before the ruling in Ca do you think tpl (T&T) had a set price for settlement up to that point..Once the ruling was in our favor that offer was taken off the table. Then T&T moves foward with the case in TX then comes back with a new offer or the j3 come foward with an offer of their own. At what point do they say take the offer or we will see you in court..
