Nobody is happy with the drop we have seen in the last month however.... where is the negative news that many posters are saying have dragged on the s/p?

In the 1st quarter of this year we moved from .08 to 2.25 back to 1.19 (quarter and two days). That is a bit less than a 50% retracement from the hights but aprox 15x`s higher than the lows. We also learned that license agreements were inked with three major infringers of the mmp patents. Dollar amounts still to be divulged but the deals were done. Along with those announcements was the information that dozens of other infringers were close to coming to agreement (or some implication like that).

Also in the 1st quarter two dividends were declared one being paid the other one it would appear will be paid later this month. Remember the hoopla on this board that occurred when those unprecedented dividends were announced? In addition we learned that Swartz et al seems to have agreed to a deal that although lucrative to him will stop him from being a drag on the share price another positive.

Three weeks ago we learned that the major, maybe defining lawsuit we have going supporting our patents is going to be kept in a shareholder friendly venue. No guarantee that we will be victorious but a definte plus in our favor.

The company which early last year had one and a half employee`s and no receptionist now according to reports is up to six employees. They are in smaller offices then before and it appears to me to be ready to move on to bigger and better things.

The point to all this is that I feel that the glass is half full no not full but half full which to me is a heck of a lot better then it was just tweleve months ago. Risk`s you bet but unless you are in treasuries there is always risk just ask the shareholders of UA, DL, GM, F, .
