Is TPL going for broke now on the amount they expect from

a company now?

I`m taking them at their word,,,,Dozens seeking licenses`

So, I am wondering if we are holding them all by the ankles and trying to shake every cent out of their pockets before they cry uncle and sign on the dotted line.....Are all the early bird speicals gone? I would think at least a couple of those dozens would get the speical and therefore have signed by now, However I have no knowledge of how the process works and don`t know what is a reasonable time period.

I was spoiled here between January and the First of March, although I do know we can`t always get a flurry of results like that........Just can`t help but focus on the ``Dozens`` comment in the PR.
