i respect your posting but i have not seen one person state that we are involved with Intelasys. What more of an uplifting exercise of ``guess work`` would one do on a

board such as this. This is healthy and though it may not come to pass it is still a possibility. if you invest on facts alone without exploring the ``what ifs`` or a ``connect

the dot`` theory then why not just buy a mutual fund.

The potential is worth discussion...just as a discussion as to what happens to the PTSC perception if we actually go to court and win a huge settlement. What does this do to the other ``infringers`` mindset. Is this out of bounds

because a formal PR has not been released? If we need to

hold the hand of all investers who make make an irrational investment decision because they cannot read all the

words in a post (as opposed to just what one wishes to read into the statements) then the freedom of honest

speach is dead. And I say ``let them eat cake``!

The board is to share ideas not restrict them.
