As a member of PTSC`s BOD Jim Turley is not an employee of PTSC. He can do as he wishes, barring a conflict of interest.

TLP being able to license/use MMP on it`s own without paying PTSC anything has been discussed more than a few times here. Why a particular poster chooses to have amnesia regarding this is beyond me.
