IMO Patriot sent a message with the .02 and .04 dividend payout (in the matter of ,04, still yet whenever the payout day is). The fact is, even with Partoit being able to retire alot of the warrant issues out there, we still don`t have all of them behind us. The latest 21 Million coming to market had to be absorbed, so a neat way to do it is to incent we common shareholders. Serves a dual purpose: 1) stabilizes the SP while appearing to reward the ultra longs and big shareholders with alittle booty for their years of pain.

But we all know that....

As far as reverse splits, IMO this is the farthest thing from the minds of TPL right now. Also, IMO they`re sitting on news because they want to sit on the share price. They don`t want it down, but IMO they don`t want it up - or at least not up, not yet...

This stock and it`s story are still relative unknowns to the public. Take FARK as an example- maybe an accidental litmus test, but still one just the same. And Joe 6-pak`s response reinforces the realities of how PTSC is still perceived.

Yes, it`s a problem of perception to all those but us. Since we have longevity here, we understand the isues and impacts, but conveying those will not be as easy as a multi-level PR program.

IMO we don`t need PR, we need an impact event to the uninitiated that will resonate to their bones. HP,Intel, casio and FJ represent validation of the technology and the strategy for litigation. But none of these guys represent the gorillas of microprocessor useage. As big as the names are, they`re peripheral players to where we need to be. Yeah, all of this is real easy for me to say, but what`s difficult for me to determine, is where we end up long term. with a 9 year shelf life of goodies to play with...I just don`t think we`ll be sitting her wondering or worrying about reverses or outstanding shares - we`re causing a whole lot of trouble to a whole lot of people (and starting to make some nice change in the process)...somewhere there will be a remedy to the industry for the pain we`re causing...

In the meantime, sit sight.
