If they are actually dealing with `dozens` (& I believe they are) of licensees then they have their hands extremely full.. esp if they are continuing to `tune` most agreements for each licensee.. determining a fair rate (& managable) royalty payment for each system licensee, be it front loaded or more traditional per unit.. Continuing to prepare for litigation with the J3, while at the sametime negotiating possible settlement with them.. Trying to find time for initial meetings with more recently interested licensees.. Attaining good tee times at La Costa
