Maybe your logic isn`t flawed but your facts certainly are. As I recall the day you are talking about the price drifted down into the 1.30`s, then in the last couple or so hours of trading, on a couple million shares, went up to 1.60. How do you define that as a $45 million swing. Please show us your calculations.
