Please help clarify for me.. I was under the assumption that you thought Ignite (secretly licensed perhaps) was being used by all these connect the dot companies: GD, Altera, DoD (JTRS), Intelsys, NEC, UWB tech, etc... Are you actually speculating all these cos are infringing on Ignite and we will see settlement re this use.. or are you speculating that these cos will settle/license MMP, which does not include I/I, and perhaps will license both porfolios.. or are you speculating that Intelsys tech is actually being used now, and they will have to settle with us.. if they don`t have exclusive rights to whatever Moore`s new chip tech is? Or do each of these cos fall into separate catagories of above poss senarios??

Just stating to get confused... tho that is certainly not a surprising occurance ol BN
