This has been debated, but, IMO the divs have more to do with pleasing low pps warrant holders than anything else.

In addition, it certainly shows the market that PTSC believes in it`s cause and believes there is plenty more cash to come -- or they would not be giving it back to retail shareholders in a very rare event.

Bluffing? AMD / INTL / HP / Casio / Fujitsu either blinked or made great business decisions. I believe the latter and hope the J3 got a message from the Casio deal. Time will tell all....
