I`ll agree with your assessment, but my response was specific to the lack of annnouncements, or more accurately, the holding back further news that we`ve been expecting for weeks.
I`m not sure that the J3 issue and the reference to my original post go hand in hand...but then I can`t find my last printing of some of Sun Tzu`s insights...
On the contrary, I`d think that releasing recent news would turn up the heat on the situation -
