Ron, we`ve been sitting around waiting for news for weeks...I`m convinced there is no rush to come public with anything new.
Could it be that PTSC has more interest in getting the latest 21 M shares absorbed into stronger hands first, before any announcements that bring in the flippers?..I thnk so. Also, a large percentage of the larger shareholders receiving the the dividend will undoubtedly re-invest - strong hands again.
When the 3/22 payout was announced, I surely thought I would be buying in the $2+ range - a real pleasant surprise to grab what I did at $1.47....
I`m looking for a continuance of this luck for the 2nd payout.
My opinion only...
