As always Ron you hit the nail on the head, some people just cannot be happy with success. However the old space in Rancho Bernardo was well in excess of 20,000 square feet and we needed that back in the ``glory`` days or so they thought, we don`t now and that is why we are in smaller but still expandable space.

These are not the old days (duh) and I think DP knows what and where he would like to take the company. Also, although I am not upset about the new offices I somehow doubt that is what the actual lease cost is. As was mentioned last week adinfinitum we should not always believe what is written. Heck if we did that think about where we would be now with what has been written about Patriot in the last six years and especially in the last few months.

I had a great weekend and I want to think that I and all others on this board will have a good week ahead, no matter what does or does not happen with the sp of ptsc.
