Similar business strategy but FORG has only 25M shares out and $43M market cap. Even tho they recently signed 8 licensing deals for $3M+ What it seems is that the deals are quite small for the licenses......must be less than $1M each.

So there is some potential and justification of their patent as google and yahoo have licensed. The issue is the size of the infringement......which appears to be small.
