My guess is they plan on bringing in a lot of money, and for many yrs, with a 3 yr lease (guess they aren`t planning on selling out anytime soon).. So be it & good for them.. It`s a lot easier for me to swallow than paying for Giff`s Beemer lease every month. Besides, last yr I was in Solana, just next door, for a show at the Belly Up Bar and while Solana was nice it certainly wasn`t spectacular.. now, perhaps Carlsbad is..
