As I recall, PTSC used to own the patent portfolio whereas now TPL owns the portfolio and PTSC only gets a percentage of the revenue.
As I once posted, this tells me alot..
PTSC never owned the patent portfolio outright.. they owned half, as did Moore/TPL.. therefore they never could have enforced it short of winning the ownership litigation vs TPL, which they obviously didn`t. They now equally share ownership and split the proceeds of licensing/settlements 50/50 post expenses.
In the process of that transition several people lost their jobs and more lost their money.
And this tells me even more.. You or someone close to you (is JW a relative of yours.. Giff?) got financially burned in the merge. I understand holding a gruge, but it is what it is
