I doubt there is one right answer as it all depends on the deals that are complete, the cash on hand, the future revenue projections, and the pps at the time.

A open market Buy Back program usually signals that management believes the company is under valued. In PTSC`s case, it may also reward warrant holders for their time spent in pps Hades.

For me, I like the dividend as I believe it shows good things are coming...but that`s just one big dumb guy from Tennessee`s opine.....TIFWIW.
