The article may have some errors or lead one to make an incorrect inferrence. However, no where in any PTSC news release did they ever say that Casio or Fujitsu deals included royalties --- and we all have discussed that previously, so there should be no surprise if that ends up being the case in an 8k --- period.

Some tend to conclude that since PTSC is delineating two different types of licenses are available going forward, that that is how previous deals have already been handled, and that is incorrect.

And, I believe the market has already factored into the pps the lack of certainty on this issue. I am not worried either way, and look forward to clarification when it comes.
