ipsnoop - If you think TPL/PTSC will settle for ``a few million from each`` may I suggest you sell this highly overvalued stock and find someplace else to invest your money. That`s laughable... which is a shame because I do find that the rest of your post has some merit. I agree too that if TPL wins at any stage the price of settlement goes up, therefore I suspect the price to the J3 just took a jump.
