PTSC provided support and guidance. Every long here knows we are news driven and barring news...we drift down. We just gave away 7+ mil $ and as far as I know added to the OS count. We should be drifting lower with just that. I think management also knows and has provided a support level with .04 div. announced ``early``. Were they hedging the CA./TX decision and /or lack of news? Seems to me they have done their best in trying to keep the price up. They clearly state monies not in yet but give timeframe,proxies also coming. Should be busy with news next week.joe
