My story......Several years ago i went to small claims court.......A new dar dealer what wholesaled me a car , sold me a car that had a lien on it.......It was not listed on the title,( so neither of us knew that fact) but when the car was retailed a month later by the next dealer, it came up as having a lien.....

There was a $2000 lien on the car and i made good on that lien..........The new car dealer said i was the bag holder........I asked him if i wholesaled you the car would that have made you the bad holder....No responce......

I told him that we were both stiffed and how about a 50/50 settlement, because we have been doing business for ten years.........He said no....I was the bag holder....

In went to court.....Before seeing the judge, they try to make you settle/arbitration.......The owner offered $200 because of our long term raltionship....

It went to trial and of course i won........While the judge heard both sides and could not rule on the spot you could see the unreal look on his face as he heard both sides story......

PURE ARROGENCE on the part of the new car dealership........Larry
