IMO, correct me someone if I am wrong, but royalties generated will continue past that date. A deal is a Deal and the $ will continue. Now as far a the patent expire date goes, is it not true that only if the patent is not being used and making $ will the patent quit, I believe at the 2015 date we can get the patents renewed to continue, however if the deals are made before that time, the date don`t matter, the ones making a agreement wont` have to stop paying at that date.
