Interesting point brought up on other board... The original patent infringement case filed by TPL, in Texas, occurred last October. That was put on hold pending decision in California. It has been shown that the time from filing to trial,on average in Texas, is 8 to 12 months. Does that mean we are looking at that time frame as of today or do we back up to last October and are the J3 potentially staring at a trial date somewhere late summer. In other words, is it possible now that California has passed the ball that TPL/PTSC jump in front of those cases filed since last October, in regard court scheduling?
