Your right about the real estate. I built a new house 3400sq ft 2story with 3 car gargage on 1 acre lot in the best devlopement in my area. Its worth 400,000 know. it cost me 250,000 to build. My sister lives near Philly. she has a old small little one story . with hardly any ground and here taxes are more then mine. I told her to move out of that area.

I believe we all ahve a winner here with PTSC. know we have to show more patience. then when we held it at 5cents. I have owned PTSC for almost 6yrs. and bought at every entry point except 3cents. I bought at 5cents and thought that was the bottom. FOR all the long timers that rode this stock down to almost bankruptcy. My hats off to everyone of you. I stayed only because I truly felt that the patents were worth alot of money. Know it is finally happening.
