Perhaps there are other reasons. Maybe Gloria or others at Hawk need to buy a few more shares before they promote. I really don`t know, just reminding you that there could be other forces at work and other motives. This is from the other day here on this board. Even a new promoter might want to get in on things before they promote. IMO, of course.

Indeed, the increase in sp late yesterday followed up with little activity today is puzzling.
The low for the day shows 1.14 on Etrade and finance.yahoo. In addition to the possibly of it being a mistake I offer the possibility that someone could have sold at market price. Can anyone with level 2 confirm this?
It has become standard procedure for me to be skeptical of info like the above low of the day price.
Yesterday, at finance.yahoo.com I found this info under the Insider Roster link.

The SEC Form 4 filing shows a purchase of 40,000 shares by Gloria on that date at www.hawkassociates.com. I suspect the 1,777,050 number is wrong as the SEC form and no other
source verifies that number.
My point is scrutinize info you see. Don`t trust it at first glance. Use multiple sources. Use common sense where it can help.
