I agree with a lot of what you say about LG. In fact I said much of the same things originally - don`t judge him if you don`t know what financing was available, etc.

I did a 180 about face when I came across something on the internet that quoted him as saying he had made $900k on his options. This was at a time when PTSC would hire ``Investment Representatives`` (read stock promoters) to pump the stock. I have no doubt LG was selling while we were all sitting here thinking great things were about to happen with our chip technology during the 99 - 00 timeframe. And now he has the balls to sue PSTC for wrongful dismissal or whatever he is claiming? If you attend the shm I`ll tell you in person what my next thought is - gots to keep the board clean.
