So with that, I may be reading this wrong, but i wouldn`t expect someone with intent to create a public stink like that to be sitting on the BOD much longer, right? Maybe his tenure is short-term - i just can`t see his expertise being applied in thelong term based on TPL`s apparent direction. From my perspective, he just doesn`t add value or fit with their direction.
