greeneyes on RB pointed this out. Don`t know if it has been posted but Harold J. McElhinny was Intels attorney and Fujitsu`s attorney and is now Toshiba`s attorney. Common denominator... THEY ALL SETTLED WITH PTSC with the exception of Toshiba... we await the ruling.
