That makes sense - in other words, it doesn`t speed the process, nor give early access to a ruling...
Your best bet for insider info is to leave your cushy job as a cube rat to become a clerk at a Federal Courthouse.
But then I suspect there are stricter rules you`ll have to contend with, not to mention a more strict boss and more intense internet monitoring by the IT dept...
