We all know that Judges are suppose to make their decisions based on their interpretations of the law. However, they do not live in a vacumm and Judge Jenkins certainly has to know that his decision in this case will most certainly affect many people, if just for a short period of time, which ever way he decides.

Therefore I was wondering when the Judge makes his decision might he not wait until after the equity markets close to hand down his ruling so that all can take a deep breath to analyze what he has decreed?
