I think you were around when the Higgins issue was presented to Fogel - I think that one took a couple weeks to get a decision and posted (anyone remember the specific amount of time?)

I would expect at the earliest we`ll see a response tomorrow, but perhaps it will be a longer - a few days, weeks, it depends how long it takes him to render a final decision.

My guess he (at some point) dictates his decision and the appropriate clerks would transcribe to PACER, probably batched in at the end of a day.

Given the magniture of when is presented (written) I would think we`ll know before the week is up, BWDIK?
