Kirk, i know you are a person of gratitude, so my meager holding, the same as i had in 99 ( 100,000 ) shares is not looking to meager to someone who has to buy into the stock at $1.50............

I agree that no mater what happens today or even if this case is delayed, we SHOULD see other settlements soon, so if fact this ruling may not matter , as other CO`s may feel that it it to risky to go the J3 route..............Larry
