I just spoke to my uncle/lawyer........While the topic says this could go on for years, IMO it will not........He also feels that it ``COULD`` be settled

I probably will screw this up, but i think he told me the worst case / possibility`s

One sides decides that they will not abide by the court rulings........Both stand sted fast in their respective states..........At that point it goes to a higher court , maybe all the way to the top.......

Also if either sides loses in court/final verdict,/winner loser/monies------- either side could appeal........

Interersting speaking to a lawyer........There are endless possiblitys..........

My uncle had no real knowledge of the stock because of my past losses.........I just did not want to talk stocks........

He was amazed at the soap opera of the IP.......

Well last night went i spoke to him/in person, he said it was a no brainer for PTSC, so thanks for Joe for sending me the links, my uncle is in the dark as the rest of us..........
