...and Ron, that Higgins ruling taught me quickly that regardless of how compelling an argument you may muster, backed with solid justification, you never...no....NEVER know how a judge may rule, or what will cause him to rule that way.

We could use a bit of legal leanings in our favor this time. They owe us one, IMHO.
