I hear ya re: bang for the buck, but note my emphasis on ``sustained`` value increase via share buy-back. Also note my strong suggestion of much more inflow of funds to PTSC as time passes. So we only get some 15M shares out of the float NOW. More as time goes on. BTW, I do agree that as the PPS rises and PTSC gets more recognition, the high float will be less an issue. But, still, it`s hard to argue with sustained share value improvement via buy-back versus dividends which offer no real sustained share value. And as time goes on and the PPS rises, the dividend will have less appeal.

As for acquisitions, I hear ya there too. Perhaps I should have included words re: timing. I`m not too worried (based on what I think I KNOW) about growth via actual hard products at this point. I expect large amounts of money to be flowing in for years to come, so why introduce unnecessary risk at this point in the game? It could easily hamper PPS appreciation in the near term (few years at least). But, in the long term (5+ years out), with PTSC`s financial affairs in order (e.g., warrants gone, float down to 100M, etc.) and remaining number of infringers to pursue dwindling, there is a place for acquisitions for the really long term.

But, realistically, are you really that ``married`` to this company? Do you plan to hold for 10-15 years? I suspect that 95% of current long longs will be cashed out within 2-3 years. At which point, who cares? Even the current officers of the company will probably be gone (so why should they care?). IMO, this is about making money, as fast as practicable. It`s not like we`re trying to raise a child and prepare him/her for adulthood.

Perhaps short sighted, but I really don`t feel a need to see any farther than that.

Good debate though, and I do appreciate your thoughts.
