You may be right, and someone here can certainly correct me if I`m wrong, but it`s my understanding that PTSC/TPL initiated the action first, and initiated in Texas. So, assuming I`m right, yes, it will be obvious to the CA judge as to who`s ``venue shopping``, and it ain`t us necessarily (i.e., yes, we did, but we were first, but a change would be for J3 ``shopping`` reasons only).

Somebody please correct me or validate (sense a little uncertainty in my understanding? LOL).
