Another immediate issue relevant to the latest dividend declaration pertains to the ongoing J3 court case. If we are not close to a settlement then ongoing litigation fees that would chew up a lot of cash would continue to loom. This leads me to believe that a settlement announcement is also imminent, as another dividend not might have been in the cards if the threat of significant and ongoing litigation costs was still weighting heavy in the air.

I think the air is clear(ing); and with the 14th so near we may be close to a definitive announcement. Thus I am going to watch for a late day run today perhaps foreshadowing events of early next week. Somewhat specualtive I know --- sorry. Have a great weekend.
