You have a point, but they also lost about 200 million in capitalization. Perhaps their intention is to become

listed on the nasdaq.Also they don`t want to decrease the outstanding shares and be more suseptible to a take-over

They have to do something with their cash.No one knows what

they will become-just a money making machine-a chip company?

It would be nice to know.Eventually we will see.
