correct. I posted numbers that I had come up with awhile back and mentioned that S/L were waiving their rights to a dividend on some 25 mil shares. The latest PR. again states ``qualified warrant holders`` but for now, looks like they won`t be waiving those rights, bringing the total to aprox. 374,263,412. As far as I know...the company will then not have to report a Material Definitive Agreement with S/L on an 8k. Too bad because it would be nice to see if more warrants have been exercised.
