Because of the legal ramifications involved there are always `disclaimers`, subtle or otherwise, in these press releases --- standard CYA language.

In this case: ``The Company strongly believes that more licensing transactions and related revenues are likely, although none are assured.``

The first part of the sentence is what is truly happening, the second part of the sentence is CYA in case the sky falls. There would be no point in making the statement AT ALL if the first part of the sentence were not true.

IMO, they are essentially foreshadowing within legal parameters what is going on and what is likely known to be upcoming. In layman`s terms it is sort of like -- `hey, take the blinders off and follow the bouncing ball`.

This a different business model than most of us are accustomed to: a low overhead operation that is peddling a proprietary product, an asset that is already made/manufactured/bought/paid for, with most or all proceeds going to the owners (you, me and every other shareholder). Can it get any better?
