I agree - stay debt free, keep the overhead low and count the money. And, to further tout my preference, stop the dividends and start the buy-back program. Grow the company by shrinking the outstanding share count. Long term value. And please don`t buy out/in some other interest! I`d hate to see them introduce new risk.
