Good you got back in! As for these dividends, I`m hoping that this is merely an effort to get rid of all outstanding debentures/warrants/options(that aren`t time based - e.g., for officers of the company), because I`d much rather see them use the avaialable funds to buy back shares on the open market. While dividends are nice, and should prompt the desired action by debenture/warrant/option holders, dividends are merely a blip without adding much long term shareholder value. But I`m thinking that this is a means towards that end. Establish a fixed number of outstanding shares as a clearly understood base, then initiate the buy-back program. Decrease supply, increase demand - and value.
